The RideZoid Promise to Riders

Save 30%+ compared to Uber/Lyft. No surge pricing ever. Multiple competitive bids from verified 4.8+ rated drivers. Transparent, fair airport transportation.

1. How It Works

  1. Post your ride request (pickup location + destination)
  2. Your request is reviewed by our admin team
  3. Approved requests appear in the Driver Portal
  4. Multiple verified drivers submit competitive bids
  5. You compare and select the best offer
  6. Make secure advance payment to confirm
  7. Driver picks you up at the scheduled time
  8. Funds are released to the driver after trip completion

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are set by drivers through a competitive bidding system
  • You pay the exact amount shown before confirming — NO surprise fees
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe/PayPal
  • Your card is charged at the time of booking confirmation
  • Funds are held securely until ride completion

3. Cancellation

2+ hours before pickup: Full refund, no questions asked.

Within 2 hours: 50% refund (driver compensation for time).

No-show: No refund. Please communicate with your driver.

4. Flight Delays

All RideZoid drivers have access to real-time flight tracking. If your flight is delayed, your driver automatically adjusts their arrival time at NO extra charge. You will never lose your ride because of a flight delay.

5. Rider Safety

All drivers are verified with background checks. Drivers maintain 4.8+ star ratings minimum. You can view driver profiles, ratings, and vehicle details before confirming a ride. Contact details are shared ONLY after ride confirmation.

6. Insurance Notice

Important: In our initial launch phase, RideZoid does not provide passenger insurance. Drivers are required to maintain their own personal vehicle insurance, and you acknowledge this when booking a ride. Platform insurance may be introduced in future phases.

7. Rider Conduct

  • Be at your pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Treat drivers with respect and professionalism
  • No smoking, vaping, or open alcohol containers in vehicles
  • Car seats for children are the rider's responsibility
  • Excessive mess or vehicle damage may result in cleaning fees

8. Disputes & Support

For any issues with your ride, contact our support team at support@ridezoid.com or (312) 555-RIDE. We respond to all rider inquiries within 24 hours. Ride disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
