You keep 97% of every fare. We charge a flat $30-40/month subscription only. No commissions, no hidden fees, no surge suppression.
You are an independent contractor, NOT an employee of RideZoid. You control your schedule, choose which rides to accept or bid on, set your own prices, and use any other platforms simultaneously.
RideZoid focuses exclusively on O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) airport routes. Drivers with existing Uber/Lyft airport entry permissions can seamlessly operate on our platform. No additional airport credentials needed beyond what you already have.
After admin review, ride requests appear in your Driver Portal. You submit competitive bids on rides you want. If a rider selects your bid, the ride is confirmed. You set your own pricing based on distance, time, and demand.
In the initial phase, RideZoid does not provide passenger insurance. You must maintain your own valid personal vehicle insurance. Proof of insurance must be uploaded and verified before you can accept rides. RideZoid may introduce platform insurance in future phases.
Accounts may be deactivated for: low rider ratings (below 4.0), excessive cancellations, safety violations, incomplete documentation, or violation of platform terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period upon deactivation.
You may use RideZoid alongside Uber, Lyft, and any other platforms. There is no exclusivity requirement. We encourage you to maximize your earnings across all available channels.
