Simple, fair refund policies for Chicago airport rides.
Cancellation 2+ hours before scheduled pickup time = Full refund, no questions asked.
Cancellation within 2 hours of pickup = 50% refund. The remaining 50% compensates the driver for their time.
No-show without prior cancellation = No refund. Please communicate with your driver if your plans change.
If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust their pickup time at NO extra charge. You will not lose your ride or your payment. This is a built-in feature of our real-time flight tracking system.
If your confirmed driver fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time (and has not communicated a delay), you will receive a full refund by default and we will help you find an alternative driver on priority.
Driver subscriptions ($30-40/month) are non-refundable for the current billing period. Drivers may cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
